Richard was born and raised in Congers, in the home of his great, great Grandparents, where he still lives today. He knows every corner of Rockland County and is glad to help you either sell or buy. Richard only takes on a few clients at a time, so when we work together, you will have my undivided attention!
Richard's community involvement includes the board of the Congers Civic Association and Congers History Museum, Board member and Chairperson for the Historical Society of Rockland County and curator for the Holiday 2015 and 2016 exhibitions, Keep Rockland Beautiful's Congers Litter Coordinator, Food Delivery and Distribution to many of Rockland's food pantries. He also is a proud member of many other institutions including the Historical Society of The Nyacks, The National Trust for Historic Preservation, John Green Preservation Coalition, Rockland Pride Center and others.
After graduating from college, Richard worked in corporate America for 12 years before opening his own company, acting as a residential consultant to the personal insurance industry as well as residential and interior design services. Today, Richard is a Realtor with Joyce Realty in Pearl River. Richard-Anderson-reviews
